I’ve picked up Bragg a few times now, mainly the apple cider vinegar. It usually seems solid and tastes like what I expect, not diluted or off or anything. The packaging has been fine too. I’ll admit, sometimes I do wonder if the quality is really that much better than cheaper options, especially with the price being a bit high. Still, I’ve been happy with it overall.

The shipping was faster than I expected. Everything arrived without any issues, and there weren’t any weird, preventable delays along the way.

I ran into a problem with my order from bragg.com and reached out to customer service. To their credit, they were friendly and gave me a clear answer instead of just sending some generic response.

My only real complaint is that it took longer than I would’ve liked to hear back. That part was a little frustrating, and I think faster replies would make the experience feel a lot better.
Once they did respond, though, they handled the issue without making it a hassle. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but the service was solid enough that I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again
